Currently we only ship within Singapore. We are looking to expand into more regions in the coming future. Drop us a note if you want us to get to you!

What's the delivery mode?

We look to process your order within 1-2 business days.

Singapore Tracked Shipping to doorstep (3 - 5 business days)

• FREE for orders above S$40 
• For orders below S$40, there is a flat shipping fee of S$3.

I have yet to receive my order, what should I do?

Don't fret! Shipping can sometimes be delayed due to weekends or Public Holidays. If you do not receive your order after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@thesquishypals.com for assistance.

Returns

What’s your return/exchange policy?

All purchases made on our site are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

If you have received a defective item, please notify us immediately at hello@thesquishypals.com. We will determine the eligibility for exchange. Items are expected to be unused and in original packaging.
